A: [FAQ Answer]Few aspects of successful worm farming is more important that what you feed your worms. Below is a short summary of good and bad worm foods.
List of Healthy Worm Feeds
  • Manures: horse, cow, rabbit, goat
  • Spent brewers mash 
  • Commercially prepared worm feeds such as FRM Cricket and Worm Feed 

List of Unhealthy Worm Feeds
  • Animal feces (except listed above, only grass eaters, not carnivores) 
  • Meats
  • Oils
  • Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Excess citrus.
